Soma AI is an AI-powered personal coaching service delivered through WhatsApp. Soma AI helps you track meals, workouts, and sleep, and provides personalized coaching insights. Soma AI is not a medical service and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years of age to use Soma AI. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.

4. Your Account

Your Soma AI account is linked to your WhatsApp phone number. You are responsible for all activity that occurs through your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep your account secure.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use Soma AI for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, exploit, or interfere with the Service.
• Submit false, misleading, or harmful content to the Service.
• Use Soma AI to impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity.
• Resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit the Service without our written consent.

6. Health Disclaimer

Soma AI provides general wellness coaching and is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider before making changes to your diet, exercise, or health routine. You use the Service at your own risk.

7. AI-Generated Content

Soma AI uses artificial intelligence to generate coaching responses, nutritional estimates, and recommendations. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content may contain errors or inaccuracies. Nutritional estimates from food photos are approximations and should not be relied upon for medical or dietary decisions.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of Soma AI — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software — are the property of Soma AI and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of the content you submit to Soma AI.

9. Privacy

Your use of Soma AI is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your data.

10. Service Availability

We strive to keep Soma AI available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Soma AI and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.
